Smart Resort - Safaga

 

SDG had made a deal in 2008 to buy a beach front hotel resort in Safaga City. Actually we had the resort deal since June 2008, The resort completion: 65% of buildings are ready.The resort is level is 4+ stars  the resort consist of:

 

- Capacity: 300 Rooms overlooking the Red Sea.
- The area of the village is about 24000 Sq. meters.
- The touristic level is 4+ stars.
The second stage of the project is to establish 174 rooms in addition to what 



The location in Safaga is a favorite spot for sun bathers, and its water is known to have a high content of saline, which is said to be beneficial for the skin. Safaga is also home to Tobia Arbaa and Tobia Hamra; these two chain reefs line the shore and make it an ideal spot for daily diving.The town is also popular for windsurfing and, in 1993, hosted the World Windsurfing Championships.
