Established in 2004 by the deed of Egyptian Minster of investment No. (3509/ for the year 2004) as Limited Liability Company (L.L.C.) in accordance with Egyptian Law No. 8 for the Year 1997. and Telecommunication license No12/2005. With Paid Capital: 20 Million (twenty Million) Egyptian Pounds wholly paid and it shows that the company market value become up to 40 Million U.S. Dollars.
SDG has managed successfully within a short time to gain market trust thus as a result Smart Data become fast growing company (all investments in beginning were 100,000 EGP).
Accordingly SDG moves to other challenges through invest in real estate & touristic projects which include a technology face Such as “Smart City Hurghada” and "Smart Resort in Safaga.
THE BUSINESS
SDG established wireless Technology solution to Client. Smart Data has developed an end-to-end solution based on its unified scheme of management, operation, and expertise to meet Client needs in implementing wireless technology.
SD had changed the strategy though the investments in real estates and tourism sector plus industry, which achieved good earnings and huge development in its business within last 8 years.
